The meeting was held at Karla Walkling’s home. The vice-chair opened the meeting at 7pm.
Old Minutes: Charlie Lehardy read the minutes from the Board’s 1-October meeting. No questions. Minutes were accepted by unanimous vote.
Treasurer’s report: Karla Walkling reports nothing has changed since the annual meeting.
Election of new officers: The following have agreed to serve in the coming year.

Annual meeting review: Board members said the meeting went well and they heard positive comments from those attending. The SIL facility worked well, was inexpensive, and was easy to get to. It is worth considering it for next year’s meeting. Charlie will inquire about availability. Members seemed to like the light refreshments as a replacement for our usual potluck cookout.
New business:
- Following up on a suggestion from the annual meeting, Amy will contact Golder Ranch Fire Department concerning advice or a presentation about how best to reduce fire risks around our homes.
- Charlie will bring the website up to date and will continue in that role.
- Updated contact lists and maps have been emailed to members.
- It was suggested at the annual meeting that we create a hospitality committee whose task would be to check on neighbors who might need assistance in the event of health problems or similar eventa.
- Derek will organize teams to begin crack sealing on upcoming Saturdays.
