The meeting was held at Wolf Seiler’s home. Chairman opened the meeting at 6pm.
Old Minutes: Charlie Lehardy read the minutes from the Board’s 21-May meeting. No questions. Minutes were accepted by unanimous vote.
Treasurer’s report: Karla Walkling reports that our books are in order and dues payments are about on par with previous years.
Road maintenance: Crack sealing has been tested in the area near the mailboxes and worked well. The next step will be to recruit and organize small teams to continue the work Charlie will speak about the project at the annual meeting and ask for volunteers.
Annual meeting preparation: Dave Forney cannot make his garage available for the annual meeting. Faye will email the community to look for an alternative home to meet at. Charlie will contact SIL to see if their facility is available.

- October 22, 2025: LSC annual meeting, location to be determined
- November 19, 2025: Board meeting at Duane Francom’s home at 6pm
