Present: Duane Francom, Karla Walkling, Faye Green, Wolf Seiler, Charlie Lehardy
Finances: No expenses since our previous meeting. Dues income is in line with our previous experience for this time of year.
Roads: 12 people have volunteered to work on crack sealing. Testing will be performed toward the end of June to determine the quantities of materials used and the most efficient process. A copy of our LSC Roads Maintenance policy will be emailed to all LSC property owners.
Resignation: Board member Robert Schiff has resigned with the following statement:

I no longer own property in the wonderful Loma Serena community. I would like to resign from the board.

Website: Charlie Lehardy has created a new community website, which will be used to communicate with property owners and will include a means for owners to contact the Board with questions or concerns.
Community list: Karla Walkling has created an updated community contact list, which will be emailed out to members by Faye Green.
Community map: An updated LSC map has been created and can be downloaded from the website.
